NANOWORLD IS THE NEW FRUSTRATION.hello goodbye. Chinese new year is round the corner, but I dont feel the atmosphere yet! :( & I tend to sleep more/ like a normal human nowadays. On a lighter note, after what my friend shared with me on education, This is my thought: Education does not equate to future. To me, so long I'm equipped with decent amount of general knowledge and street smartness, this is sufficient enough to last me a lifetime. Ah. Good night. Vertical Studio goes on a field trip

Today I'm on my own.
It's rare to be awake at this time, having nothing to do since when I've reached home around 2330.Anyway, I'll be flying off to Manila this Saturday on an early morning flight at around 1am. You may say I'll be at the airport on Friday late evening. The purpose of this trip is to analyze the site, understand the culture and the lifestyle. At the same time, we would be proposing a typology scheme for the new village. I'm kinda looking forward to this trip as well as knowing my studio mates better. :) Today - Bad start of the day: Bus driver drove off without me. #1: I ran, gave up halfway, thinking the bus would drive off. Saw it stopped for some people, gave me hope to run after it. Stepped into puddles of water. Stopped right beside the front door. Flagged the bus. Bus driver drove off. Next bus came 15 minutes later. Late for first lecture of Semester 2. >:( #2: Ended well with unhealthy dinner at mac and an enlightening pre-trip talk with a couple of my awesome studio mates. :) There's got to be a way out."Saturday, January 01, 2011 12:46 am
