Drop a tear,
It releases the fear.
Feel his near,
and tell it to his ear
I'll love you to the end of years.

I read this from my 2 year-old post.
Just a random quote.
Alright, time to take my sleep.
Real work starts today!

Good night.

ps: I haven't got ready for my freelance submissions, but I'm sleeping now.

Patience is a virtue
Too bad, I'm not really a patient person.

People who blast me for no reason, sorry, all I can do is DOUBLE THE BLAST THAT YOU BLASTED AT ME. So what if you're my friend? my family?

I was looking forward to Wednesday till I get such treatments back.
I got taken aback as well as pissed. This concludes my day.

1. Someone backed out 'cos she was sick? God knows if you're really telling us honestly. 'Cos I heard that you were laughing/ chatting with your bunch of friends in school. Ah whatever, like I care. This just shows how much you regard our appointment? Why not, as a suggestion that, you look after yourself and not letting others to worry about you or worse still, affecting the events that you're involved in.

2. Instead of blaming the person who ruined the outcome of cupcakes, why not credit the effort of those who helped in it? I was at the living room, while the rest were in the kitchen. I did the cupcake base by myself, while you helped in the icing. So, if that's the case, I did more if you do some maths. And I'd prolly be blamed if things go wrong. But will I be credited more if things go well?

Standing there, with my hand as the mixer and just using a tablespoon to do the mixture. Do you think my job is any simpler, any easier than yours? Now that I can't even close my right palm without feeling the pain where the grip of the spoon was. And that, I have yet to recover from my previous body/ muscle aches.

To add on, you said that you had enough of me regarding me laughing at you along with the comments about you. "I've already put up with you for long for laughing at me." Do you think I can stand you as well - along with your narrow-minded mindset and your i-can-comment-about-you-but-you-can't-comment-about-me attitude?

(But I was glad that you actually approached me, realizing your mistake and even apologized. I really appreciate that. Thanks.)

3. Having to form a committee since last year and only to confirm things at the very last minute, isn't a wise move at all. I beg to see the difference in forming the team last year and this year. I bet it's the problem of certain members, as always.

4. It's not a obligation to treat my family after I got my first freelance fee. And having said that, I only got $120 from it. I was being selfless and to initiate a treat for my family. But what did I got back? "Your money alone is not even enough to cover the cost of the dinner, and that I even had to fork out my money." Why not, just think over this- Nobody asked you to spend more than given. I gave you the money, and you spend within. If more is needed, that is none of my concern, blame it on your poor calculation. That sentence from you, broke my heart totally. They love talking about people who are at present. They love commenting on my attitude towards this family, and cursing whoever will be my boyfriend will suffer, etc. Just for example, "Is this cripsy chicken?" in my normal voice (which is quite loud). And you took it so personally that I'm shouting at you. "If you don't want to eat it, just leave it." And then the quarrel begins. With the anger I brought home, they added on to it. Hence, I could no longer hold it anymore.

I'm totally heartbroken.

So much for being a friend, a daughter.
Being responsible. Being loyal. Being filial. Being truthful.

But not being patient...
More to learn, Amy..

Timeline to meet before I leave my house at 5.30am:
1. Submit 2D drawings for solar kiosk by 3am.
2. Rush freelance work as requested.
3. Gather all my works to bring for the exhibition. (Missing of one, which is being locked up at ADRC. Troubled my lecturer to help me, but I've a feeling she might forget.)
4. To wake up at 4am. But do I even get to sleep? That's another issue which no one would bother.

ps: I really hate it when people are not responding when questions are asked, and expect me to answer theirs. Do you think I will?

Back to work.

Look far
I took up another 2 freelance projects.
One due this week (with mou) and the other (alone) next week I guess.
Oh well, hope things will go well this time round. Hahaha.

Results are cui.
Woke up with a sad face.
I'm not entertaining people who ask me that or having people entertaining me on that.
Don't have to cheer me up either.

Anyway, got to look forward.
Cooking & baking! (:
And printing of another mini portfolio, model-making process! :D

Events ahead
Today was tiring.
It seemed like walk-a-lot/ my version of "walk-a-jog" (I never attended once before though)

I went to collect my portfolio this morning.
I met up with yc soon after, to have lunch at Victor's Kitchen.
We headed down to our site as well, for our competition.
It was a long walk around under the sunny weather yet unpredictable, with dark clouds looming ahead of us.
So we took a rest back at Sunshine Plaza with a cup of ice cream, where it rained for some while.

And we went to a wholesale shop to get our cupcake ingredients.
It took us a long time deciding the icing colours, toppings, paper boxes, butter, etc.
But I won't deny that I learnt something from this shopping trip - prepare your recipe before buying 'cos we had to trouble the shopkeepers for their knowledge on ingredients for baking.
Nevertheless, we managed to get what was needed! It's really a headache when comes to shopping, but it was enjoyable. We were really grateful/ thankful to the patient/ friendly/ helpful shopkeepers who were there for our ignorance. Thank you for your good quality service!
Anyway, the wholesale shop is Phoon Huat & Co. Pte Ltd, located in a row of shophouses beside The Bencoolen, opposite Ibis Hotel.

So I got home, with a bag on my back, portfolio in hand, mum's dinner and, a big bag of ingredients (flour, baking powder etc, while yc took another big bag of ingredients too).
Yawns.

And, I needa rest now. :D
I'm looking forward with upcoming events this week.

Meeting tomorrow! And more freelance projects as well. (:
Baking & cooking, and exhibition set-up on Wednesday.
Gradshow exhibition Thursday - Sunday! :D

EVENTFUL WEEK!

ps: BLOGGER DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO POST PHOTOS! UPLOAD DAMN LONG. LIVEJOURNAL IS BETTER. PERHAPS I'LL UPLOAD PHOTOS THERE. AND TYPE THE ENTRIES HERE IN FUTURE. HAHAHA

GOOD NIGHT!

This needs some sunshine therapy
This blog is too pessimistic, too past-tense.
Sunshine is needed.

I like this blogskin layout.
It makes a warm welcome back whenever I'm here.
It feels great.

Yet, I've been misusing to my advantage - for my ventings.
A seeking shelter for my sorrows.
A helping hand to my fall.

Alright, I'm going to have a nap.
I'll be getting my things printed after I wake up.
Hooray.

Speak of the Coward
Whenever I blog here, it is one of those days when I feel like a coward.
And I don't see anyone whom I can talk to.

I just want to say,
I need someone there
to share my happiness with,
to wipe my tears,
to brave through my obstacles together.

A home that does not feel like a home.
I don't speak much, but I type more often to the screen before me.
They don't understand what exactly I'm feeling or doing.
They just judge me once, and that's what they think I am.
At times I ask them, sometimes I tell them.
Does it matter? Does it change anything?
Perhaps, a little.
